Flexible or not you are welcome. We focus on energy expansion first, unblocking and un-locking all of our senses and systems.

The rest follows naturally. Sustaining flexibility, mobility, longevity, strength and inner freedom without force. Just life-force, प्राण prāṇa.

Access and grow your inner resource. All levels, ages and stages are supported. House Of Kali Temple is a safe and inclusive space.
